- You need 1/2 tsp of ground cinnamon.
- You need 1 large of ripe banana.

- Whisk the milk and eggs together in a shallow bowl..
- Dip the brioche slices individually into the egg and milk mixture for one minute (30 seconds on each side) ensuring the liquid soaks right through into the brioche..
